Raise your hand if you've ever felt personally victimized by acne. raises hand. I have been dealing with acne since the 8th grade. I came back from summer break and a classmate of mine pointed out ‘all the pimples on my face’ and this is where my obsession with skincare began. I wanted to get rid of it so I tried just about anything and everything I was desperate. I think at one point I had a 15 step skin care routine that would take me 30 minutes to do before bed. (no I was not okay).
I then went to the dermatologist after I saw that my concoction of “skin routine” wasn’t working for me. And we all know how this story goes, you go to the dermatologist , they prescribe you antibiotics and creams, you kinda clear and see the light then after a couple months you're back to where you started or even worse. Well that was my story at least. I had given up and was hiding behind my make up for years.
Once I enrolled into esthetician school I told myself that I wanted to become the person I was looking for all the years I was struggling with acne. And I did just that. I now get to help those struggling with acne and give them answers that I wish I once had. Read More

Through school, I also fell in love with waxing. I love the instant results, the self-care energy, and the glow my clients have when they leave feeling like that girl. To me, waxing is empowering, it's a little moment of "me time" that makes a big difference. Smooth skin, boosted confidence, and no razors? Yes please.
